Meet Nikki
Nikki has worked in the cosmetic industry since 2006. She originally assisted cosmetic dentists for over 7 years before embarking on a career as a general nurse. She studied at Falmer University (Brighton), qualifying with a degree with honours. She started her nursing career on the emergency floor at the Royal Sussex Hospital as an acute medical nurse. She has a passion and art in aesthetics and is a perfectionist in the cosmetic treatments available.
A full face examination and detailed explanation of the procedure will be given at your first appointment. Side effects, possible complications and aftercare will also be discussed confidentially and follow up appointments are available two-four weeks post treatment if needed. A full medical history will need to be obtained before any treatment can proceed. This is to guarantee that the treatment you have chosen will be the safest and the most appropriate for the best results. Nikki is a master level medical prescriber and is available to all her clients for their skincare needs face to face in clinic, via WhatsApp or Teams. Charlie is a highly skilled beauty professional with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Renowned for her attention to detail and expertise in eyebrows and semi-permanent makeup, she brings a wealth of knowledge to Ageless by Nikki. Serving as our primary laser therapist, Charlie is dedicated to delivering top-quality skincare treatments. Her enthusiasm for exploring various skincare brands demonstrates her in-depth understanding of cosmetic creams. Specialising in micro-needling with our cutting-edge derma pen machine, Charlie's use of premium products sets her apart in our skincare treatments. She has also recently started her beauty teaching career at our local college. You can trust Charlie to provide exceptional results and enhance your beauty experience at Ageless by Nikki.

Ageless by Nikki is delighted to welcome our newest team member, Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Holly. With 13 years of experience in the NHS as a registered NMC Nurse Associate and 5 years as a successful aesthetics practitioner and beauty therapist, Holly brings a wealth of expertise to our clinic. She is thrilled to meet new clients and continue serving Ageless by Nikki's loyal clientele.
Holly specializes in lip fillers and the brand new medical-grade HydraFacial dermabrasion treatments as well as being one of the first practitioners to be officially trained in the new profhilo structura. She ensures that each client receives a personalised and professional skincare plan. Her passion for aesthetics and commitment to excellence make her a valuable addition to our team.
