Nikki's journey began in the cosmetic industry in 2006, where she honed her skills assisting cosmetic dentists for over seven years. Her desire to make a meaningful impact led her to pursue a career in nursing, earning a degree with honors from Falmer University in Brighton. Starting her nursing career as an acute medical nurse on the emergency floor at the Royal Sussex Hospital, she developed a deep understanding of patient care and medical protocols. With a commitment to continuous professional development, Nikki further advanced her qualifications by completing her points to Master's in prescribing medicine. Her dedication to aesthetics is not just a career; it's a passion. She approaches each treatment with an artistic eye and a perfectionist's touch, ensuring that every client receives the best possible care tailored to their unique needs.
In October 2019, Nikki launched Ageless by Nikki Ltd, assembling a talented team dedicated to delivering exceptional skincare treatments to the public. Our mission goes beyond aesthetics; we aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel confident in their skin choices. Recognising the importance of education in the aesthetic industry, Nikki recently established the Ageless Academy, offering training to aspiring aesthetic professionals.
